The NCR SelfServ family of automated teller machines (ATMs) enable financial institutions to offer their customers the widest range of services, deliver the highest availability levels with the lowest environmental impact on the market.

Offers a wide range of service options
NCR SelfServ makes it easier to deploy and manage bulk and single banknote and cheque deposits, bill and traffic penalty payments, domestic and foreign exchange and advertising functionality. This is in addition to newly emerging services, such as contactless card top-ups and remittance transfers, which are likely to be introduced over the lifetime of the ATMs. They feature:

• A large LCD screen (308–381mm or 12.1–15”);
• A high capacity dispenser which can accommodate 2–4 cash cassettes;
• A presenter for single and bunch banknote and cheque deposits;
• A 1D/2D barcode reader;
• Optional two sided receipt printing and dual roll dispenser;
• Protected USB plug-and-play connectivity;

Designed to deliver increased uptime
Every percentage of downtime results in a million pounds in lost revenues to a typical retail bank. To increase uptime, the NCR SelfServ is designed to enable many technical problems to be fixed remotely and enable branch staff and engineer interventions to be carried out quickly. The ATMs are:

• “State aware” of their application software and allow for remotely power down and reboot the machines when there is a problem.
• Provide more data than ever about ATM locations, configurations and software versions and even the actual activity levels of each module, not just the transaction numbers going through the ATM as a whole

In addition, they feature a lead-through application for service actions for branch staff and service engineers and front, read and side service access.

A more environmentally friendly choice
NCR SelfServ is designed to be more environmentally friendly. It features:

• Energy saving technology such as LED lighting and dual core processors, which operate at lower, less power-hungry frequencies;
• Reduced levels of cabling over previous generations of ATM results in a 25% drop in resistive power loss;
• Optional two sided thermal printers to conserve paper usage.

NCR SelfServ 34
The NCR SelfServ 34 is an exterior through-the-wall or vestibule ATM, designed for high transaction usage. It dispenses cash as well as accepting cash and cheque deposits and offers a broad range of other services, including bill payment, funds transfer, mobile phone top-up and mini statements. It gives the widest range of upgrade options available, including bulk and single banknote and cheque deposit, cheque imaging and truncation as well as cash recycling. It can even be extended to offer the largest cash dispense capacity on the market.

It’s also an ATM which has been designed to cope with severe weather conditions (withstanding temperatures of -35°C to 50°C (-31°F to 122°F) and humidity of 10 per cent to 100 per cent. This helps banks maximize their brand presence by increasing their placement options, giving banks the choice of through-the-wall or vestibule.

NCR SelfServ 34 Drive-Up
The NCR SelfServ 34 is an exterior through-the-wall drive-up ATM specifically designed for high transaction usage. It dispenses cash as well as offering a broad range of other services, such as bill payment, funds transfer, mobile phone top-up and mini statements.

It is designed to deliver a complete range of self-service transactions in a drive-up location, including bulk and single banknote and cheque deposit, cheque imaging and truncation as well as cash recycling. It can even be extended to offer the largest cash dispense capacity on the market. This fully weatherized ATM has been designed for ease-of-use and accessibility when operated from a vehicle.

NCR SelfServ 32
The NCR SelfServ 32 is a full function freestanding lobby ATM. This makes it ideally suited for any indoor location either in the branch or off-premise. Designed with medium to high transaction usage in mind, the NCR SelfServ 32 dispenses cash as well as offering a broad range of other services, including bill payment, funds transfer, mobile phone top-up and mini statements.

NCR SelfServ 26
The NCR SelfServ 26 is an exterior through-the-wall and vestibule ATM. It has an extremely sleek, slimline profile, making it ideal for tight locations, including through-glass placement or where space is at a premium.

Designed with medium to high transaction usage in mind, the NCR SelfServ 25 dispenses cash as well as offering a broad range of other services, including bill payment, funds transfer, mobile phone top-up and mini statements. With complete hole-in-the-wall compatibility with equivalent slim exterior ATMs, the NCR SelfServ 26 is ideally suited for both in-branch and off-premise use.

NCR SelfServ 25
The NCR SelfServ 25 is an exterior through-the-wall and vestibule ATM. It has a small footprint which makes it ideal for tight spots or where space is at a premium. Designed with medium to high transaction usage in mind, the NCR SelfServ 25 dispenses cash as well as offering a broad range of other services, including bill payment, funds transfer, mobile phone top-up and mini statements. With complete hole-in-the-wall compatibility with equivalent exterior ATMs, the NCR SelfServ 25 is ideally suited for both in-branch and off-premise use.

The NCR SelfServ 22 is a compact freestanding ATM ideal for either bank branches or any other interior location.
